Kredo Health’s journey began with the personal struggles of navigating the search for skilled and compassionate pediatric speech, behavioral, and physical therapists in Central Florida.
Suzy, Jason and Megan founded Kredo Health to address these unique hurdles within pediatric care to offer not just therapy, but genuine hope to families as they navigate their child’s unique journey.
At the heart of Kredo Health is a commitment to inclusivity and partnership. Megan, Jason, Suzy, and their team firmly believe that involving parents every step of the way—from evaluation to ongoing support—is key to a child’s success.
Suzy grew up in Central Florida and received her Bachelors in Early Childhood Development with endorsements in both reading and ESOL from the University of Central Florida. After teaching for a few years she decided to work with students in one-on-one settings. She has been private tutoring and academic consulting for the past 8 years. She loves working with all age children to assist them achieving their educational goals and reach their full potential.
Megan Dempsey
Co-Founder, Clinical Director, SLP
Empathetic and compassionate, Megan has worked with toddlers to teens and everything in between. Megan specializes in working with toddlers and elementary aged students within the ASD community. An Ohio native and graduate of Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, working with the nationally known Easter Seals program in Philadelphia, to servicing the Central Florida community for the past seven years.
Jason Cornell

Jason grew up in Central Florida and received his Bachelors in International Business & Entrepreneurship from University of Central Florida. Jason has over a decade of experience working with adults and children with intellectual disabilities as a Vice President for Alpha Omega Consulting Inc. Jason loves working with a team that can positively impact our community and improve the lives of clients on a daily basis.
Jason believes that it is critically important for parents to look objectively at their kids and be proactive in seeking early intervention services. As developmental delays have an immense impact on our children’s ability to reach their aspirations.
