Patient session can last anywhere from 30 minutes to 60 minutes.

Note: A typical session for your child will generally range from 30 minutes to an hour. However, it’s important to note that Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) sessions extend between 4 to 6 hours due to the nature of the therapy.

Once your child is evaluated, the report will be completed within 5 business days. Evaluation reports are available in your patient portal.

Per insurance requirements, a qualifying diagnosis such as Autism Spectrum disorder, needs to be established by a physician before a patient will qualify for ABA services.

Children experiencing speech and language delays, articulation disorders, stuttering, voice disorders, or other communication challenges.

We provide comprehensive evaluations, individualized therapy sessions, and personalized treatment plans tailored to each child’s unique needs.

If you notice any concerns regarding your child’s speech or language development, such as difficulty pronouncing words, trouble understanding language, or limited vocabulary, it may be beneficial to seek an evaluation.

Our occupational therapy services encompass evaluations, sensory integration therapy, fine motor skill development, self-care training, school-based therapy, and interventions to improve cognitive and social skills.

Pediatric occupational therapy may be recommended when a child experiences difficulties in performing daily activities, participating in school tasks, or interacting with their environment due to sensory or motor challenges.

Enrollment in the Sprouts Early Learning Program is recommended for children between the ages of 2 and 5 who are ready to engage in structured learning activities and benefit from a supportive, nurturing environment.

Your deductible refers to the amount of money your insurance requires you to pay before your coinsurance is effective.

Coinsurance refers to a percentage your insurance will cover per session, once you have met your deductible. For example: Your deductible is $2,000 with 20% coinsurance. Before the percentage is offered towards sessions, you must pay $2,000.

A copay refers to the flat fee your insurance plan requires you to pay per session.

Per insurance requirements, a referral is needed to start therapy services with our company.

Depending on the insurance company, you may or may not need an authorization. Please note: when authorizations are required Kredo Health will first submit the patient’s plan of care for a signature from their referring provider. This may take up to 7 business days to receive back. Once this is received Kredo Health will submit the plan of care to insurance for approval. This may take up to 7-10 business days to approve or deny.

Per insurance requirements, claims must be submitted within 90 days of the date of service. Insurance can take up to 30 days to process the claim. Once the claim is processed you will receive an invoice outlining your patient responsibility

Yes.

Yes, we are a registered provider with Step Up. You may utilize the new platform to purchase speech, occupational, and behavior therapy visits that can be directly invoiced by our billing department.
